How to Make Parmesan Garlic Bacon Cheeseburger Lasagna
- Prepare Meat Sauce: In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Add onion and garlic, stirring until translucent. Mix in marinara, crispy bacon, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Make Béchamel: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour, cooking until bubbly. Gradually add whole milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Mix in Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble Lasagna: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a baking dish, layer meat sauce, lasagna noodles, béchamel, and mozzarella and cheddar. Repeat layers, finishing with remaining cheeses.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
