Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine crust ingredients: In a mixing bowl, blend graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons of sugar. Press into greased baking pan.

- Beat cream cheese until smooth.

- Pour filling over crust and spread evenly.
