How to Make Lemon Garlic Butter Cod Bowls
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- Blend melted butter, remaining olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the cod fillets with the garlic butter mixture.
