  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice orange or apple juice are great substitutes

  • 1 cup Ice Cubes crushed or cubed ice depending on preference
  • 1 Fresh Lemon or Lime Wedge for rimming the glass
  • Black Salt or Black Sanding Sugar for rimming the glass

How to Make Beetlejuice Cocktail
  1. Start by rimming your glasses with a lemon or lime wedge and dipping them in black salt or sugar. Fill each glass with ice cubes.
  2. In a shaker, combine vodka, Midori, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and blue curaçao. Add a couple of ice cubes for chilling.
  3. Shake the mixture for about 20-30 seconds until chilled and a vibrant green color forms.
  4. Strain the mixture into your prepared glasses. Adjust the color as needed by adding more Midori or blue curaçao. Garnish with gummy worms or a lemon/lime wedge.
