Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until they turn pink and juicy.
  2. On one half of each flour tortilla, layer the shredded cheese, sautéed shrimp, diced bell pepper, and chopped onion.
  3. Fold the tortillas in half and press them lightly. Cook them on a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  4. Cut the quesadillas into wedges and sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro over them.
  5. Place lime wedges on the side and serve immediately.
