Preparation
- Toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté over medium heat for 3–4 minutes until they turn pink and juicy.
- On one half of each flour tortilla, layer the shredded cheese, sautéed shrimp, diced bell pepper, and chopped onion.
- Fold the tortillas in half and press them lightly. Cook them on a skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Cut the quesadillas into wedges and sprinkle freshly chopped cilantro over them.
- Place lime wedges on the side and serve immediately.
