  • 3 pieces chicken breasts cut into cubes
  • 2 cups water for cooking rice
  • 2 cups instant white rice quick cooking
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup adds creaminess
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of celery soup enhances flavor
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup provides depth
  • to taste salt
  • to taste ground black pepper
  • ½ cup butter sliced into pats

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease your casserole dish.
  2. In the casserole dish, stir together cubed chicken, water, instant rice, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and cream of mushroom soup. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Arrange the pats of butter over the chicken mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour to 75 minutes, until rice is tender and chicken is cooked.
  5. Allow to cool for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
