Method
 

Making the Pie
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend graham crackers into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and sugar, then press into a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
  4. In a blender, combine fresh mango, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  5. Pour the mango mixture into the chilled crust, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until edges are set and center jiggles slightly.
  7. Let the pie cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Slice and serve with optional whipped cream on top.
