How to Make Maple Glazed Bacon Chicken Bites
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
 - Wrap each chicken piece with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
 - Whisk together maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper until smooth.
 - Arrange the bacon-wrapped chicken on the baking sheet and brush generously with maple glaze.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes until the internal temperature is 165°F (74°C) and bacon is crispy.
 - Brush with remaining glaze, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
