How to Make Fudge Puddles
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease your mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
- Cream together the room temperature butter, smooth peanut butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar using an electric mixer.
- Combine the dry ingredients by adding flour, baking soda, and salt into the bowl. Beat just until everything is well mixed.
- Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough into each mini muffin tin.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the centers are set and no longer gooey.
- Indent the centers while still warm using a small, round object.
- Cool for 10-15 minutes before carefully removing the cookies from the pan.
- Melt the fudge filling by combining chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Fill each cookie cup with the melted fudge mixture.
- Chill the Fudge Puddles in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
