Method
 

How to Make Fudge Puddles
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease your mini muffin pan with non-stick spray.
  2. Cream together the room temperature butter, smooth peanut butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar using an electric mixer.
  3. Combine the dry ingredients by adding flour, baking soda, and salt into the bowl. Beat just until everything is well mixed.
  4. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough into each mini muffin tin.
  5. Bake for 12-14 minutes until the centers are set and no longer gooey.
  6. Indent the centers while still warm using a small, round object.
  7. Cool for 10-15 minutes before carefully removing the cookies from the pan.
  8. Melt the fudge filling by combining chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat.
  9. Fill each cookie cup with the melted fudge mixture.
