How to Make Melted Cabbage
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the cabbage into 1.5-inch thick wedges and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic until combined.
  4. Brush or drizzle the garlic butter over the cabbage wedges.
  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese over the cabbage.
  6. Roast in the oven for 30 minutes until crispy.
  7. Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
