  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme Optional, highly recommended
Seasoning

Method
 

How to Make Mini Cranberry Brie Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into 16 squares, about 2.5 inches each.
  4. Gently press each pastry square into the prepared muffin cups.
  5. Place a cube of Brie cheese in each cup, then top with cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of fresh thyme.
  6. Lightly brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving warm.
