How to Make Mini Cranberry Brie Bites
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin or line it with paper liners.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into 16 squares, about 2.5 inches each.
- Gently press each pastry square into the prepared muffin cups.
- Place a cube of Brie cheese in each cup, then top with cranberry sauce and a sprinkle of fresh thyme.
- Lightly brush the edges of the pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving warm.
