How to Make Orange Ginger Honey Cake
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a cake pan by greasing it with unsalted butter and dusting it with flour.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and fine sea salt.
- In another bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and honey until smooth. Slowly add eggs, one at a time, mixing until fully incorporated. Stir in the grated ginger and orange zest.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
