Method
 

Making the Bread

  3. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl: pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Combine the wet and dry mixtures. Stir just until blended.
  5. Transfer the batter into the greased pan, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean.
  7. Cool the bread in the pan for about 15-20 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
Making the Glaze
  1. In a bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk until you achieve your desired glaze consistency.
