How to Make Breakfast Pizza Bagels
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice your bagels in half and toast them lightly in the oven for 3-4 minutes until just golden.
- In a skillet, cook the bacon and breakfast sausage until crispy. Scramble eggs in a separate pan until set.
- Spread marinara or pizza sauce on each bagel half, then layer with mozzarella, scrambled eggs, and toppings.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top.
- Bake assembled bagels for 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for 2 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
