How to Make Breakfast Pizza Bagels
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice your bagels in half and toast them lightly in the oven for 3-4 minutes until just golden.
  3. In a skillet, cook the bacon and breakfast sausage until crispy. Scramble eggs in a separate pan until set.
  4. Spread marinara or pizza sauce on each bagel half, then layer with mozzarella, scrambled eggs, and toppings.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and grated Parmesan on top.
  6. Bake assembled bagels for 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
