Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking Pan
  • Skillet
  • Mixing Bowl

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Unroll the pizza crust and carefully press it into a greased 15×10-inch baking pan, shaping it into a crust. Brush it with olive oil for added flavor and bake for about 7 minutes, until lightly golden.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined. In a skillet, heat the remaining olive oil over medium heat, and then pour in the egg mixture. Cook while stirring frequently until the eggs are fluffy and just set, which should take about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. Spoon the scrambled eggs evenly over the pre-baked pizza crust. Sprinkle the cooked sausage and crispy bacon over the top. Then, generously sprinkle the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses on top.
  4. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 6-8 minutes until the cheese melts beautifully and the crust turns a lovely golden brown.
  5. Cool for a few minutes after removing from the oven. Sprinkle the sliced green onions over the top for a fresh finish. Cut into squares and serve warm.
