  2. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the seasoned cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing once halfway.
  4. Add minced garlic and Parmesan cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Spritz with fresh lemon juice and garnish with parsley before serving.
