How to Make Mexican Chicken Casserole
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the casserole dish by lightly spraying it with cooking spray.
- Combine the cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add the shredded chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and green chilies to the mixture and gently stir.
- Line the bottom of the casserole dish with 1 ½ cups of crushed tortilla chips.
- Spread half of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla chips.
