  1. Cool the Pasta: Start by ensuring your bow tie pasta is fully cooked and drained. Let it cool completely for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Coat Pasta: Drizzle 3 tablespoons of oil over the cooled pasta in the air fryer basket and toss to coat. Mix together the grated parmesan and mac and cheese powder, adding most to the pasta while reserving 2-3 tablespoons for later.
  3. Air Fry in Batches: Set your air fryer to 400°F and cook the pasta chips for 12-15 minutes, tossing every 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Finish with Reserved Cheese: Toss with the reserved cheese mixture right after cooking and serve hot.
