Preparation

  3. Gently incorporate the buttermilk and freshly chopped strawberries into the mixture. Stir until just combined.
  4. Lightly flour your countertop, turn the dough onto the surface, pat it to about 1-inch thickness, and cut out rounds.
  5. Place the biscuits onto your prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
