How to Make Nutella Cinnamon Sugar Dough Balls
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Stir well and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together melted butter and vanilla extract.
  4. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into 8 pieces. Cut each piece in half to get 16 pieces. Flatten each piece into a circle about 2 inches wide.
  5. Place 1 teaspoon of chilled Nutella in the center of each dough circle and pinch the edges to seal.
  6. Dip each dough ball into the butter mixture, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
  7. Arrange the coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
  8. Roll the baked dough balls in any remaining cinnamon-sugar and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
