How to Make Nutella Cinnamon Sugar Dough Balls
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Stir well and set aside.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter and vanilla extract.
- Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into 8 pieces. Cut each piece in half to get 16 pieces. Flatten each piece into a circle about 2 inches wide.
- Place 1 teaspoon of chilled Nutella in the center of each dough circle and pinch the edges to seal.
- Dip each dough ball into the butter mixture, then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Roll the baked dough balls in any remaining cinnamon-sugar and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Notes
For added indulgence, serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. Chill Nutella for at least 30 minutes for best results.
