How to Make Oatmeal Banana Bread
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix together the mashed bananas, softened butter, eggs, milk, and granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl. Stir until everything is well combined and creamy.
  3. Stir in the old fashioned oatmeal flakes gently.
  4. Add the dry ingredients (all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt) to the mixture. Mix until just combined.
  5. Transfer the batter into a greased 9x5 inch nonstick bread pan.
  6. Bake for 65-70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
