How to Make One-Bowl Healthy Oatmeal Carrot Muffins
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with liners or lightly grease it.
- Combine the oats, grated carrots, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and any spices in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix until everything is well combined, ensuring no dry ingredients remain visible.
- Scoop the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each slot about ¾ full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
