  • 2 tablespoons Honey Can swap for maple syrup if desired
For the Pasta and Garnish
  • 8 ounces Uncooked Pasta Any pasta shape can be used
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Pecorino Romano can be used as substitute
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Basil can be used or omit if necessary

Instructions
  1. Heat the Oil by warming olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté Garlic by adding minced garlic to the skillet until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Combine Liquid Ingredients by pouring in the beef broth, heavy cream, and honey; stir to combine.
  4. Add Pasta by tossing in the uncooked pasta and bringing everything to a boil.
  5. Cook the Pasta for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender yet al dente.
  6. Incorporate Steak and Cheese by returning your cooked steak to the skillet and stirring in Parmesan cheese.
