Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a large oven-safe skillet or baking dish with sesame oil.
  3. Arrange frozen dumplings in a single layer in the prepared pan.
  4. Whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey (if using), minced garlic, minced ginger, and water to create a sauce.
  5. Pour the sauce over the dumplings, ensuring each piece is coated.
  6. Cover the pan tightly with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then pour over the dumplings.
  8. Bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until the sauce is bubbling.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
