  • 1 lb Ground Beef lean ground beef is a healthier choice
  • 1 pkg Taco Seasoning or homemade using cumin, paprika, and garlic powder
For the Tacos
  • 8 units Tortillas corn or flour tortillas
  • 2 cups Cheese shredded cheddar or Mexican blend
For Toppings (Optional)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Lettuce chopped
  • 1 unit Avocado sliced

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Mix in taco seasoning and a splash of water, then let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Fill each tortilla with seasoned beef and place them in a baking dish. Layer shredded cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until tortillas are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  6. Serve immediately; allow everyone to garnish with preferred toppings.
