How to Make Parmesan Candied Bacon Crackers
- Preheat your oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, placing a cooling rack on top.
- Thinly slice the Parmesan wedge and quarter the bacon.
- Place a slice of Parmesan on each cracker, top with bacon, sprinkle with brown sugar and red pepper flakes.
- Arrange the assembled crackers on the cooling rack.
- Bake for 35-45 minutes, checking at 30 minutes for doneness.
- Remove from the oven; serve warm or at room temperature.
