How to Make Parmesan Crusted Chicken
  1. Flatten chicken using a meat mallet to an even 1-inch thickness.
  2. Set out two bowls: one with flour and another with the cheese mixture.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, then press into the cheesy mixture, coating thoroughly.
