Making the Rolls
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, yeast, and salt. Pour in warm milk, melted unsalted butter, and a beaten large egg. Knead the mixture until it's smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes.
- Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and place it in a warm area. Allow it to rise until doubled in size, which should take around 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl, mix together sugar, cinnamon, and chopped peaches. Once the dough has risen, roll it out on a lightly floured surface. Spread melted butter, then sprinkle the peach filling evenly over the dough. Roll it up tightly.
- Use a sharp knife to slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces. Arrange these rolls in a greased baking dish, leaving space for rising. Cover and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the rolls for about 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and your kitchen smells divine.
- For the crumb topping, mix quick oats with melted butter and sprinkle this over the rolls. Bake for the last 5-10 minutes, or until the topping is lightly golden.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before drizzling with a rich cream cheese glaze. Enjoy the bliss that follows!

Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an indulgent treat. For best results, always reheat rolls in the oven to regain their fresh-baked taste and texture, drizzling with cream cheese glaze just before serving.
