How to Make Peach Pesto & Burrata Sandwich
  1. Toast the sourdough bread lightly with olive oil or butter until golden and crispy, about 3-5 minutes.
  2. Sauté the peaches by melting butter in a skillet over low heat. Add sliced peaches and cook until lightly browned, about 2 minutes.
  3. Caramelize the peaches by adding brown sugar. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until jammy and sweet.
  4. Spread pesto generously on the toasted sourdough bread.
  5. Layer with sliced heirloom tomatoes, arugula, sautéed peaches, and torn burrata.
  6. Season with flaky salt and cracked pepper, drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  7. Assemble the sandwich by closing it or serve it open-faced.
