Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a cake pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe banana in a mixing bowl until mostly smooth.
  3. Mix in the natural peanut butter, egg, and unsweetened applesauce until creamy.
  4. Fold in the whole wheat flour and baking powder gradually.
  5. Add water or bone broth as needed to reach a thick batter consistency.
  6. Pour the batter into your prepared pan and smooth out the top.
  7. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
