- Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
- Portion out 1 tablespoon of dough for each cookie, flatten slightly, and arrange them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet.
- Assemble your s’mores with one cookie upside down, topped with chocolate and a roasted marshmallow, covered with another cookie.
