How to Make Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Cheesecake Cups
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, protein powder, and peanut butter. Stir until you reach a thick, creamy consistency.
  2. Gently transfer the mixture back into the original yogurt container, smoothing out the top with a spatula.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the melted chocolate over the cheesecake base, spreading it evenly and sprinkling flaky sea salt.
  5. Place the container in the freezer for about 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to harden.
  6. Once the chocolate has set, break the shell and enjoy your Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Cheesecake Cups.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle chopped nuts on top for added crunch.
