  • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil optional, can use vegetable shortening

  • 1 cup Salted Roasted Peanuts can use unsalted or different nuts
  • 2 cups Mini Marshmallows use fresh, soft marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract optional for added flavor

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a large baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  2. Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 20-30 second intervals until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Stir in vanilla extract, then fold in peanuts and marshmallows until well-coated.
  4. Form Clusters: Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the lined baking sheet.
  5. Set Clusters: Let set at room temperature for 1 hour or refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Store or Serve: Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container.
