How to Make Perfect Mini Beef Wellington Bites
- Thaw your puff pastry and chill it in the fridge. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Sauté finely chopped mushrooms in a pan until moisture evaporates. Mix with cooked ground beef and Dijon mustard.
- Roll out the chilled puff pastry and cut it into squares. Place a spoonful of filling in each square. Fold and seal, then brush with egg wash.
- Arrange bites on a baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
