How to Make
- In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar, pineapple juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne. Mix until smooth and all ingredients are well blended.
- Place the Lil' Smokies sausages into the slow cooker. Make sure they are evenly distributed in the pot.
- Gently add the pineapple chunks into the slow cooker, folding them in to ensure they are evenly mixed with the sausages and glaze.
- Cover the slow cooker and set it to cook on Low for 4 hours or High for 2 hours. Stir occasionally, until the glaze thickens and the sausages caramelize.
- Once cooked, serve the bites warm using toothpicks for easy snacking.
