Method
 

Preparation
  1. Toast shredded coconut in a dry pan over low heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Pour honey or corn syrup onto a shallow plate. Dip the glass rim into the honey, then press into the toasted coconut until it's nicely coated.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine pineapple juice, coconut milk, coconut water, fresh lime juice, sea salt, and ice. Shake it vigorously for 15-20 seconds until cold and well-combined.
  3. Fill your rimmed glass with fresh ice cubes. Strain the mockarita mixture into the glass. Garnish with a lime wheel, pineapple wedge, or a delicate pineapple frond for an extra touch of tropical flair. Enjoy right away!
