For the Bake
  • 2 cups Bok Choy can swap for spinach or other greens
  • 16 ounces Frozen Dumplings any variety works, ensure they are frozen
For the Garnish
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped) feel free to skip
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onion (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds sprinkle as desired
  • 1 tablespoon Chili Crisp optional

Steps
  1. Preheat Oven: Begin by setting your oven to 375°F (190°C) and placing the oven rack in the center position.
  2. Prepare the Sauce: In a 9x9 baking dish, whisk together coconut milk, red curry paste, minced garlic, and ginger. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.
  3. Add Bok Choy: Evenly distribute the chopped bok choy over the sauce.
  4. Layer Dumplings: Arrange the frozen dumplings in a layer over the bok choy, spooning any remaining sauce over the dumplings.
  5. Bake Covered: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Bake Uncovered: Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes until dumplings are tender.
  7. Garnish and Serve: Adorn your casserole with chopped cilantro, green onion, and sesame seeds. Drizzle chili crisp and serve with lime juice.
