  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Arrowroot powder can be used if needed.
For the Stir-Fry
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Canola or peanut oil makes a good substitute.
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets Switch to green beans or snow peas if desired.
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers (Red or Yellow) Any color bell pepper or zucchini can be used.
  • 1 medium Carrot (Julienned) Zucchini or sliced snap peas are great alternatives.
  • 2 cloves Garlic (Minced) Fresh garlic is best; garlic powder can be used.
  • to taste Salt and Pepper Adjust to taste.

How to Make Quick & Zesty Chicken Veggie Medley
  1. Marinate Chicken: Toss chicken pieces with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch in a bowl. Let it marinate for at least 5 minutes.
  2. Prepare Vegetables: Chop your broccoli, slice the bell peppers, julienne the carrot, and mince the garlic.
  3. Heat Oil: In a skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  4. Cook Chicken: Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Add Garlic: Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Stir-Fry Veggies: Toss in your prepared vegetables and stir-fry for an additional 3-5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. Season and Combine: Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Mix the chicken back in and heat through for another minute.
  8. Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
