- In a shallow dish, pour the coconut milk. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the milk, allowing them to soak for just a few seconds.
- Arrange the soaked ladyfingers in a single layer at the bottom of your serving dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and shredded coconut. Whisk together until smooth.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, then spread the remaining mascarpone mixture over them.
- Cover the dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with coconut flakes and chopped almonds.
