  • 16 ounces Frozen Dumplings Alternatively, use fresh dumplings but reduce cooking time slightly
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots Substitute with bell peppers or broccoli if desired
  • 4 tablespoons Chopped Green Onions Chives or leeks can also be used
For the Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Low-sodium version is preferred
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Oil Peanut oil or vegetable oil can be substituted
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Maple syrup or agave can also work as alternatives
  • 2 cloves Minced Garlic Use garlic powder if fresh is unavailable
  • 1 tablespoon Minced Ginger Ginger powder can serve as an alternative
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds Optional but enhances presentation

Method
 

How to Make Ramen & Dumpling Bake
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain well and rinse under cold water.
  3. Mix sauce ingredients in a large bowl: soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
  4. Combine the noodles with the sauce, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions; toss gently.
  5. Transfer noodle mixture to a baking dish and place the frozen dumplings on top.
  6. Drizzle the remaining sauce over the dumplings.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until dumplings are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
