Method
 

How to Make Ranch Chicken Thighs
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Gently pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken thighs, ensuring each piece is evenly covered.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, black pepper, and salt.
  5. Sprinkle the spice mix over the chicken and massage into the skin.
  6. Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve with your favorite sides.
