Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch baking pan lined with parchment paper.
  2. Crush graham crackers in a food processor until fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Sprinkle sweetened coconut evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the coconut layer.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes until lightly browned.
  6. Cool the bars completely on a rack after baking.
  7. Spread raspberry jam evenly over the cooled bars, then add another layer of sweetened coconut on top.
  8. Melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the bars.
  9. Chill the creation for at least 4 hours before cutting into squares.
