- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for even cooking.
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in 1 cup of marinara sauce, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Fold in 2 cups of cauliflower rice and 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Spread the meat and cauliflower mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese and layer pepperoni slices on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
