Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) for even cooking.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef for 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of marinara sauce, 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Fold in 2 cups of cauliflower rice and 1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Spread the meat and cauliflower mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese and layer pepperoni slices on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
