- Season the chicken strips with Get-R-Smoked Mike's SPG seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add chicken broth and lemon balsamic, scraping the pan to release bits. Let simmer for 3-4 minutes, then stir in butter until melted. Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce, sprinkle with parsley.
- In a saucepan, combine long-grain rice, chicken broth, and garlic. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes until tender. Mix in grated Parmesan, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve rice on plates, topped with chicken and sauce. Garnish with parsley.
