  • 1/4 cup White Wine Optional, or use fish stock

How to Make Boston Baked Cod
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, melted butter, chopped parsley, and minced garlic.
  3. Take the cod fillets and season each side generously with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned cod fillets in a baking dish and cover with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Drizzle white wine and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.
  6. Scatter the chopped onions around the fish.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
