Preparation

  2. Seal the chops in a ziplock bag with the marinade, making sure they are well-coated. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours, or even overnight.
  3. Heat your grill or stovetop skillet to medium-high, ensuring the surface is clean and lightly oiled.
  4. Remove the pork from the marinade, allowing excess to drip off. Grill or cook in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the chops rest for a few minutes before slicing, then serve with sides like creamy mashed potatoes or grilled vegetables.
