Preparation
  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, ketchup, oyster sauce, and sugar until well combined.
  2. Soak the Noodles: If using instant noodles, soak them in warm water for 1-2 minutes until loosened.
  3. Heat the Skillet: Preheat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook Vegetables: Add oil to the skillet, then toss in onions and carrots. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add Cabbage: Stir in shredded cabbage and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Incorporate Noodles and Sauce: Add soaked noodles and pour the sauce over. Stir-fry for 2-4 minutes.
  7. Finish with Green Onions: Mix in most of the sliced green onions, reserving some for garnish.
  8. Serve: Transfer yakisoba to bowls, garnish with reserved green onions, and enjoy!
