How to Make Baked Gouda Cheese Grits
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Boil chicken broth and minced garlic in a medium saucepan.
  3. Whisk in quick cook grits while continuously stirring and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  4. Mix in smoked Gouda, sharp cheddar, and butter after removing from heat.
  5. Combine half & half, beaten eggs, salt, and pepper in the pot.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and bake for 40-45 minutes.
