  • 1 cup Plain 2% Greek Yogurt
  • 2 large Eggs room temperature
  • 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 0.25 cups Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
Ham & Cheese Chive Add-Ins
  • 1 cup Spinach chopped
  • 0.25 cup Chives chopped
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded, reserve some for topping
  • 1 cup Diced Ham
Mediterranean Sausage Add-Ins
  • 1 cup Cooked Italian Chicken Sausage crumbled
  • 0.5 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes chopped
  • 0.5 cup Feta crumbled, reserve some for topping
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper or greasing a muffin tin.
  2. Whisk the yogurt and eggs until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour, flaxseed, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until just combined.
  4. Fold in your mix-ins of choice, either ham & cheese or the Mediterranean blend.
  5. Scoop ⅓ cup of the biscuit dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved cheese or feta on top.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes until golden and firm.
  8. Cool the biscuits for 10 minutes before serving.
