Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining with parchment paper or greasing a muffin tin.
- Whisk the yogurt and eggs until smooth.
- Stir in flour, flaxseed, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until just combined.
- Fold in your mix-ins of choice, either ham & cheese or the Mediterranean blend.
- Scoop ⅓ cup of the biscuit dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the reserved cheese or feta on top.
- Bake for 25 minutes until golden and firm.
- Cool the biscuits for 10 minutes before serving.
