  • 4 large Eggs can use egg substitute for a lighter option
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper finely diced, any sweet pepper can be used
  • 1/4 cup Milk or any milk alternative
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper or ground white pepper for milder flavor
  • 1 cup Ground Breakfast Sausage use turkey sausage for a leaner version
  • 4 slices Bacon or turkey bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or other cheeses for variation
For the Dough
  • 2 packs Crescent Dough Sheets can substitute with pizza dough or bread dough
  • 8 ounces Chive and Onion Cream Cheese or plain cream cheese with herbs

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Whisk together eggs, finely diced red bell pepper, milk, and black pepper in a large bowl. Scramble this mixture in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough on a lightly floured surface and pinch the seams together to form a rectangle.
  4. Spread a layer of chive and onion cream cheese evenly over the dough.
  5. Layer the scrambled egg mixture, followed by the cooked sausage, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
  7. Place the cut rolls in the prepared pan and bake for 24-26 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
